KRS-One has a rap that I really like. It's called "Love's Gonna Get'cha." It's about how people say they "love" cars ... houses ... and any other material item you can think of.
KRS warns us: "Ya know a lot of people believe that that word love is real soft, but when you use it in your vocabulary like you're addicted to it it sneaks right up
and takes you right out."
With that being said, I really love coffee. And bacon. And beer. Just wanted to get that out there.
Now, for your usual dose of value out of this blog. A lot of people nowadays are concerned (obsessed) with having a good ass. Ask most people and all you'll hear is "squats, squats, squats." Yes, squats are great, but so are these often overlooked exercises:
- Sprinting (especially uphill)
- Using the elliptical with your butt stuck out (true)
- Stair Stepper machine if you focus on using your ass instead of your calves
Finish off your leg day by utilizing one of these in an interval format. 90 seconds moderate pace, 15 seconds 100% effort, repeated for 12 to 15 minutes.
Good luck! But remember, as KRS would say, "it's alright to like or want a great ass, but when you fall in love with it and you start scheming and carrying on for it, just remember, it's gonna get'cha."
